Tell us about your childhood bedroom. I lived in a few different houses as a child but there were some staples that went with me from house to house – My bed had a combo of Ralph Lauren tartan and teddy bear strip sheets with a denim comforter. I was also obsessed with history so I had a framed portrait of Abraham Lincoln above my dresser accompanied by a model of the titanic.
What’s the first investment piece you ever bought for your house? My husband and I started with art knowing we’d always have a place for that. Our first big art purchase was a large ink on paper drawing by William Brickel.
In the history of design, if you could hire any designer other than yourself, who would it be? Jacques Grange

Do your clothes reflect your design sensibility, if so, how? My personal style is edited and modern for the most part. I think I bring that perspective into all of my design project whether traditional or modern or something in between.
